Disabling BAM synchronization
This topic provides an overview on how to disable the data synchronization in the organization.

Before you begin this task:

  • Process Platform BAM MDM Model package must be deployed.
  • You must have an Administrator role to view the BAM Administration ( ) task on CUSP.

To disable synchronization in any organization, do the following:

  1. On CUSP, click (BAM Administration). The BAM Administration page is displayed.
  2. Unselect Enable Synchronization. The synchronization options are disabled.
  3. Click on the toolbar.
    Synchronization is disabled for that organization.

Note:

  1. To disable synchronization in a non-system organization, BAM service container is not needed, provided the BAM service container in the system organization is started.
  2. To delete BAM service container (when advanced monitoring is not needed) in a non-system organization, perform the above mentioned steps before deleting the service container.
